1:1 School Nurse (LPN/RN) High School Student Support Position Responsibilities The assigned nurse will: Provide continuous 1:1 nursing care during the school day Monitor and respond to seizure activity Manage and monitor G-tube feedings and care Assess and support respiratory status related to asthma Provide incontinence care as needed Assist with positioning, mobility, and wheelchair safety Monitor for changes in condition and implement appropriate interventions Maintain accurate health documentation Collaborate with school personnel, therapists, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers Promote student safety, comfort, and participation in the educational environment Required Active RN or LPN License Current CPR/BLS Certification School Nurse Experience Strong assessment and communication skills
