Role Description:Fluency in Swedish is preferred to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders and teams.Must be based in Stockholm(3+ years in Sweden) and willing to work from the office on a regular basis.Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities and business objectives.Good understanding of Data Analytics concepts and data-driven decision making is an added advantage
