About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, customers, guests, and internal teams by providing friendly and professional assistance over the phone. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, answering questions, resolving basic concerns, and contributing to a fast-paced team environment. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and assist customers, clients, and guests with questions and service-related requests
* Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services, events, schedules, and general inquiries
* Handle customer concerns professionally and work to provide timely resolutions
* Document customer interactions, requests, and follow-up information accurately
* Make outbound calls when needed to confirm information, appointments, event details, or customer requests
* Transfer calls and escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate team member
* Communicate with internal departments to coordinate customer needs and provide accurate updates
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
