Preferred Experience:
8+ years of enterprise database engineering experience
Experience designing highly available distributed database platforms
Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar observability tools
Strong automation and infrastructure provisioning expertise
Experience implementing compliance and database security best practices
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and collaboration skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
