No prior customer service experience is required. Training is provided. We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, sales, administrative, and other customer-facing roles.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate customer information and records.

• Support event registration and other customer-facing activities.
• Gather customer feedback and help improve the customer experience.
• Work closely with team members to meet customer service goals.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
