Who We're Looking For

• Currently in the process of obtaining a PA and/or NJ real estate license, or newly licensed and looking for your first brokerage home
• Go-getters ready to thrive in a commission-based, incentive-driven environment — the sky is the limit on your earning potential
• Coachable self-starters eager to learn from experienced brokers and build strong habits early
• Strong communicators who are comfortable networking and building relationships
• Motivated to serve the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets
