  • Assist with maintaining, optimizing, and refining fraud analysis models, rule sets, and decision engines to increase efficiency and maximize fraud capture
  • Proactively investigate changing transaction patterns, emerging threat vectors, and industry trends to uncover hidden fraud networks
  • Analyze chargeback data to identify missed fraud trends and use those insights to strengthen fraud prevention rules
  • Take full ownership of daily queue prioritization and manage time-sensitive tasks during high-fraud events with minimal management oversight
  • Clearly communicate investigative findings, technical evidence, and emerging risk trends to strengthen collective prevention strategies
  • Explore data anomalies, device metadata, and transactional inconsistencies to uncover root causes and prevent repeat offenses
  • Manage sensitive customer information and client inquiries related to flagged orders with professionalism, clarity, and discretion
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal loss prevention policies, detection controls, and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, security, and compliance for all customer, venue, and company data collected during investigations

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 - 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce fraud prevention experience within live event ticketing, entertainment, or digital venue environments
  • Expertise in live event ticketing fraud with the ability to contribute immediately
  • Proven ability to make fast, accurate order determinations under time constraints while looking beyond surface-level valid data
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks independently and take full responsibility for daily output
  • Ability to synthesize complex investigation data and present actionable findings clearly to the fraud team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of team collaboration
  • Curious mindset, sound investigative judgment, and a high level of discretion
  • Ability to work remotely during evening, weekend, or holiday shifts aligned with live event schedules, peak on-sales, and sudden fraud spikes
