Key Responsibilities Production Printing: Operate large, production-class digital printers to produce critical documents accurately and efficiently. Machine Operation: Utilize large-class inserter machines to precisely fold and insert documents into various envelopes. Quality Assurance: Verify print jobs against provided documentation to ensure all materials match exact specifications prior to mailing. Mail Processing: Manage the postage stamping process and perform general mailroom functions to prepare items for dispatch. Time Management: Complete tasks and communicate job completion to relevant stakeholders within very strict, predefined timeframes. Compliance: Handle highly sensitive healthcare information with discretion and strict adherence to privacy protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven background working in a print production or high-volume mailroom setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft business software, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PDF applications. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of the day in a production environment. Lifting: Physical ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Screening: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screen. Soft Skills: A professional demeanor with a focus on customer service, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail
