NOW HIRING: Patient Scheduler Outpatient Infusion
Location: Greenbrae, California
Facility: MarinHealth Medical Center
Pay Rate: $30 - $32/- hour
Contract Duration: 26 Weeks (6 Months)
Shift: Day Shift | 9:00 AM Start
Schedule: Monday Friday | 5 8-Hour Shifts
No Weekends or Holidays
EMR: EPIC
Job Type: Contract
Job Requirements:
Previous EPIC patient scheduling experience is required .
Minimum 3 years of administrative customer service experience.
2+ years of patient scheduling experience .
Comfortable handling phone calls for most of the workday.
Must be available to start within 2 weeks of the requested start date.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments for outpatient infusion services.
Manage appointment changes and scheduling requests.
Communicate with patients professionally over the phone.
Maintain accurate scheduling information in EPIC.
Provide administrative and customer service support.
