Seeking a polished, highly organized Personal Assistant to support a high-profile individual in Greenwich, CT. This is a hands-on lifestyle role requiring discretion, reliability, and seamless coordination of daily activities. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and comfortable working alongside a second assistant. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dynamic, ever changing daily scheduling, including personal and household appointments
• Arrange private and commerical travel arrangements 
• Coordinate and oversee household staff
• Liaise with security and assist with logistics
• Retrieve mail and packages
• Run personal errands as needed
• Provide general lifestyle support to ensure the principal’s day runs seamlessly
• Track household expenses, assist with bill pay, and maintain household budgets.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Team-player comfortable working alongside another assistant
• Flexibility and willingness to support a dynamic, lifestyle-focused schedule
