Retail Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead the showroom team. This hands-on role is ideal for a self-starter with a positive outlook, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales and customer service.

Retail Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:30pm )

• Occasional Saturday's
• Travel involved to customers and other store locations
• Pay rate based on experience
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, providing ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and effective conflict resolution
• Manage daily retail operations, including scheduling jobs and staff, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency
• Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and manage overall inventory control
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Guarantee an impeccably maintained and visually appealing showroom appearance
• Actively engage with customers on the showroom floor, providing exceptional service and driving sales
• Perform administrative duties consistent with office management

Retail Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management and operations
• Demonstrated success in sales and customer service roles
• Experience in training and developing staff
• Strong office management capabilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing
• A positive and self-starting outlook with a hands-on attitude
• Preferred Skills Experience utilizing tape measures
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations
  • General retail knowledge
  • Expertise in inventory control principles and practices
