Must have: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering related field and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with 5+ years of management experience.
Working Conditions: Standard Office setting in Boston, MA. Some limited travel may be required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$175,200.00 - $262,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
