Salary: $30,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

• We require candidates to be in their penultimate year of study.

• We ensure our code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• We collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and shape solution approaches.
• We work to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• We take part in peer collaboration and code reviews, supporting code quality and shared learning.
• We follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• We apply effective unit testing practices to improve code design, readability, and reliability.
• We perform assigned activities promptly and to a consistently high standard, while driving continuous improvement.
• We manage risk, strengthen controls, and escalate policy or procedure breaches appropriately.
• We partner with other functions and business areas, advise stakeholders, and support decision-making within our area of expertise.
• We maintain a strong understanding of how our sub-function connects to the wider function and organisational objectives.
• We make careful evaluative judgments, solve problems using technical experience, and act as a point of contact for stakeholders outside our immediate team.
