The safety and welfare of children inspire what we do.

Children are innocent and vulnerable and depend upon adults for their safety and welfare. Our founders disrupted the swim lesson space and reinvented swim lessons. We offer more than a paycheck and job satisfaction; we offer time well spent and personal fulfillment. It isn't just a job; it's a mission. Not only does our program teach children how to swim and be safe around water, it does so in a pleasant, warm, colorful, fun environment. Kids and parents alike love what we do. It's a Golden Experience that teaches kids valuable life skills. Join our team and, in addition to great pay and benefits, enjoy the satisfaction of giving kids the skills and confidence needed to make them capable and independent adults.
